Today's Special Guest Author, Lorrie Unites-Struiff!!

Hi Readers,
Please make Lorrie feel welcome today by leaving comments and gaining a chance to win one of her awesome books....Tabs

Hi Tabs,

I’m here again, and thank you for having me.

I know many readers love to read full novels, and since the different e-readers are becoming more popular every day, I thought I’d talk to the short story lovers out there.

The slip in your purse e-reader you received as a Christmas gift, or treated yourself to, is the perfect item to download a short story fast while waiting in that doctors office, or reading on a plane, sitting on the beach, or face it, anywhere.

There is a myriad of great shorts to select from and they span all genres. Would you believe some readers prefer short stories over full novels? That little tidbit surprised me too.

The white or blue collar worker who wants a quick read on their lunch break. The soccer mom or dad who is patiently waiting for the sports practice to end and sits in the car to read.

The teens that try to fit a story in between homework, computer games and texting.

Or, like me. A short story right before I hit the bed at night to relax and unwind from an over-active day. Whew. Some ‘Me’ time. A story that I can read from start to finish in one sitting. How sweet it is.

So, I’m here today to introduce my three newly released short stories that have been published in various anthologies. I decided to release them separately and hope readers will find them interesting. They are all different genres to suit your particular taste.

A historical fiction, an amusing modern day fantasy and a contemporary drama.

I love spanning the genres. I also have a paranormal thriller/romance novella out “Gypsy Crystal” with Eternal Press.

If you are interested, other releases are listed on my website at http://struiff.wordpress.com/

Pop over and take a look. And while you are there, check my “Book Picks” page to see some great reads from other authors. You won’t be disappointed.

I am quite pleased to see Lorrie getting her shorter works out to a broader audience.

It will give readers a change to sample Lorrie's writing and encourage them to buy her longer works.

I hope she'll release more in the future.

Thanks Ladies.

I also have a new one out with Bookstogonow. Got notified today.
I'll be advertising it soon. And it will be on my website under new releases in a few days.

Thanks Marva for the nice words.

Yes Terra, that red dress cover is really eye-catching. Some may not know this but I used to be a ballroom dance teacher and manager for a big chain. I was a gold medalist which gave me the idea for the story. Ah, the good old days.

Yeah, Margaret, I wish I still looked like that cover. Oh well, lol, we all get older.

Thanks Booklover. I'm so all over the place with genres. I must get bored fast. My long piece out is a paranormal/thriller/romance.
